de young Museum
Set on the edge of Golden Gate Park the new de Young is an interesting stop. During the Laser Worlds there will be an exhibit of Pablo Picasso from the Musee`National Picasso. It is a dated and timed ticket entrance. Make reservations in advance if interested. After leaving the museum stroll over to the Japanese Tea Garden.
San Francisco`s Palace of Fine Arts, the Exploratorium`s home is visible from the Yacht Club and a short walk away from the club. The Exporatorium is a museum of science, art, and human perception. Wander in on a typical day and you`ll find visitors taking their own personal journeys through a maze of interactive investigations. Each exhibit they stop at offers a new experience.

The Disney Family Museum
The newly opened Disney Museum is located in the Presidio next to the Yacht Club. The museum presents the life and achievements of the man who raised animation to an art form.
Tour the famous rock in the middle of the Bay. Enjoy your tour with the award winning audio guide. Stay as long as you wish. Boats return every ½ hour. Advanced bookings a must at this time of year.
